Need a basic landing page with a few minor graphics and a data collection form with 6 fields. data will need to integrate with Constant Contact mailing platform via their API code.
sub pages will be 1) terms of service 2) official rules 3) event dates 4) sitemap 5) contact us 6)thank you page
We will provide all of the content for the sub pages, you will just need to spuce up the landing page images, fonts, colors, etc... and insert the contact API and some minor html on the thank you page.
