We need to fully customize a phpfox website. And add new mods
All bidding service providers must agree to the ff:
1. Payments are made in 2 milestones. No upfront releasing of funds.
2. Your quote must be in days, not hours.
3. You must respond/communicate with me at least twice a day.
4. You must sign an NDA.
5. You must show a demo of your phpFox work.
6. You must be able to work immediately.
Please state if you have your own phpFox v2 license to work on. Preference will be given to those bidders.
