REQUIREMENTS:
All places where it says Complete means the feature or coding is already done but needs to be fixed or changed.
A detailed requirement document will be shared with qualified providers to make sure all requirements are clear. Here are key points.
1. Complete the Producer/Presenter Control Panel which pulls data from the membership module, posts data into the OnDemand Frontend, heavy with payment to site and payment from site, movie upload, dynamic delivery STREAMING file configurations, reviews and ratings.
2. Sync login, header (music, search, share script, translate) with main codeigniter site.
Meaning all work perfectly as they should.
(a) Codeigniter Integration codes and instructions will be provided.
(b) Integration means that when a change is made in main membership, it is updated on all OnDemand pages.
3. Complete integration with membership profile
(b) Extract members' profile data into Producer/Presenter Panel, which in turn shows up in designated places in OnDemand Admin.
(c) Correct redirection of links to appropriate pages. For example, when member clicks on login, it goes to main site login, bring member back to the page where when login was clicked. Fix errors of links in membership profile showing correct OnDemand pages.
(d) Fix all issues with feedback form - form changes, collecting right data, admin and PP panel data entry, etc..
4. Complete E-Commerce OnDemand Pay-per-view Pages
(a) Install and configure SSL certificate.
(b) Redo and complete payment pages with 6 payment options.
(c) Configure video player to work with Red5 and ffmpeg as needed. Remove playlist from video on Movie Viewing Page.
(d) Member can add movies/videos to cart, but required to login for checkout. Movie is stored in Membership My Account if they choose to buy now and watch later.
(e) Record correct reward points in membership profile for movies or videos purchased.
5. Complete and Sync Admin
(a) use existing admin pages and make page layouts and programming changes where needed. Create new admin pages if needed.
(b) Finish all left menu tabs that are incomplete or have not been developed. For example: Manage Header, Menu and Footer sections with membership admin so edits to header, menu and footer can be updated in OnDemand Admin.
(c) Do coding needed to integrate 3-level admin login with membership admin.
(d) Automate vendor payments needs to be completed. This is where vendors are paid electronically automatic depending on payment method and duration selected.

(b) Build new pages with functionalities as stated on jpgs. For example, on the 3rd party broadcast screen which is iframed, mask/hide meeting id, name and email as stated in jpg.
(c ) Members click Join Broadcast, need a popup saying You are now leaving aakika.com
, so members know they are going to site outside our control.
2. Sync login, header (music, search, share script, translate) with main codeigniter site.
Meaning all work perfectly as they should.
(a) Before member can join broadcast validate member's level and active subscription
Not all members can access all shows
i. Integration codes and instructions will be provided.
(b) Extract member's details photo, first and last name, member's id, email from membership site and pass that into the third party login.
(c) Develop a database and process to check if member is a guest presenter for a particular show. If yes, then auto check the Guest Presenter box on 3rd party site.
(d) When member clicks on login, redirects to main site login, but come bring member back to the page where the login was clicked.
3. Simple Admin
(a) use existing admin template, make functional the Live Broadcast Manage Header, Menu and Footer sections so edits to header, menu and footer can be made when needed.
(b) Show list of members that joined each broadcast and how long they stayed in a sortable table with filters.

I'm looking for a programmer experienced with CodeIgniter. I require some modifications for an already functioning script build with CodeIgniter. The script is basically a clone of the website www.bugmenot.com.

As you can see the webdesign has not been implemented yet, but this will be done by someone else. So I do not require webdesign from you, but only programming.
The modifications I require have been attached to this project (see details.txt). Please note that I will not share the admin panel publicly. If you require a login to review the script please private message me.

3. Integrate top headers, flash/css menu and footer with the ones on main site. Integration means when a change is made to any of the 3 it is reflected in the fundraising header, menu or footer.
4. Donations can be one-time (no registration) or recurring (must be a member and login)
a. Donor can choose to be anynomous whether one-time or member, meaning they can choose to not show their name.
b. If donor chooses to not show name, it still shows to admin but not fundraiser contacts.
5. Email receipts and notifications to be sent to donor and fundraiser for each transaction - 2 email addresses for donor and fundraiser.
6. Interact with Membership Module
a. Sync login, so member only login in once.
b. Record donations in Member's Fundraising section in Profile
c. Record Fundraising Campaign in 2 places in Member's Profile

b. If donor chooses to not show name, it still shows to admin but not fundraiser contacts.

6. Interact with Membership Module
a. Sync login, so member only login in once.
b. Record donations in Member's Fundraising section in Profile

7. Create/Complete the payment forms for:
a. Fundraising setup fees - 5 forms
b. Donations - 8 forms (use the 5 from Fundraising setup fees
c. Disbursement to Fundraiser of donations collected, credit cards goes through Authorize.net
i. Automate payments to fundraisers in the U.S. as elected by fundraiser
ii. Generate a daily list for international fundraisers, but with admin's option to set payment to paid from pending once payment is manually sent to fundraisers with transaction details.
iii. Deduct our administrative fee from all donations collected prior to release funds to fundraiser.
8. Uploads of videos to be passed to the ffmeg that is already installed on server for encoding to flash.
9. Fundraiser able to send mass email to all donors for the campaign they donated to.
10. Minor changes to directory listing for the campaigns.

A codeigniter fundraising site that is 50% complete needs to be finished. The process of creating a campaign and populating fundraising pages is done. The member viewing experience of picking a campaign to donate to is also complete, but needs some modification.
Here are the remaining requirements:
1. Install actionscript thermometer which shows donation level in reference to goal.
- Right now we have a jpg in place of where the actionscript should be.
- each fundraising campaign gets its own thermometer so the install will be on each fundraising campaign.

I'm using Code Igniter's Dx Auth library and i need a plugin for CI that creates a user on users table of VBulletin when the user confirms their account.
If the programmer is able to do more operations, the better (like getting the latests posts and stuff)
