I need help of a PHP programmer who is expert in OsCommerce customization.
Objective:
- Customer will have Account Balance.
- Balance will be edited by website administrator.
- Customer will be able to purchace items using these account balance.
Details:
We have no online payment system in our country. So I am expecting a module/script/coding to add options into my OsCommerce site so that customer will have Account Balance and they will be able to purchase using these account balance.
How it should work:
- Customer will send money to site owner bank account or cash payment.
- Site owner will edit that customer Account Balance adding desired ammount.
- Customer will see that amount in his Account Balance and will be able to purchase items using these amount. It means when customer will come to checkout page after purchasing they will see option to pay by Account Balance.
- When customer purchased item using his Account Balance amount, item prices should be calculated and reduced from his Account Balance. And if customer returns and get refund for that items, item prices should be added with his Account Balance amount automatically.
I need fresh module/script/coding for this purpose. Not add on or free script installation.
My OsCommerce version is 2.2rc2
I am ready to escrow project payment before starting but I will release after successful completion and testing.

Payment is broken down into modules, as each is completed uploaded to my server, tested and approved, money is released.

MEMBERSHIP 20% complete, the basic structure is there with features to be completed.
A detailed project document will be provided and reviewed with contractor prior to any award.
4 level Membership - 3 paid, 1 free. Intensive ecommerce with membership fee payment calculations (upgrade or downgrade), coupons, gift certificate, reward points for various activities, limitations to features depending on memberlevel, recurring billing for member fees. Payment gateway is authorize.net. Members can create groups, do mass mailing, upload multiple photos and videos which needs to be converted to .flv files and dynamic delivery.
Provider must have extensive Code Igniter experience. Provider will complete current membership functions that are either not complete, fix existing bugs and create new codes as stated in Membership MSWord document that will be sent to qualified providers. The site is built on Codeigniter 2.0 with Web 2.0 and must have cross browser compatibility. Upon award relevant jpgs of page layouts will be shared with the provider chosen.
Project Requirements:
1. SERVE AS TECHNICAL LEAD
Integrate work from other providers into membership module. Integration code and instruction is on website but not working as well as needed.
:: There are other providers working on different modules (fundraising, blog, forum, etc.) of the website.
:: Provider need to share codeigniter codes with those providers so that they interface properly with membership. For example, membership level, status needs to be validated prior to granting access to those modules privileges, recording of purchases and reward points needs to be recorded in members' accounts.
2. CENTRALIZED ADMIN, HEADER, MENU AND FOOTER
a. Admin
i. One-Page login. All modules need to centralized in one admin login interface. Right now each has its own login page.
ii. 3-level Staff login osTicket, one the modules, has a 3-level staff login sytem that can be used to centralize login for all the modules.
b. Header, Menu and Footer
i. The means that even though the module are on the same server, they are in their own subdomain and need code to pull the information from the membership header, menu footer into their modules.
ii. In admin setup a system where when a change is made to header, menu and footer it populates in all the modules that have incorporate them.
iii. Header includes music, global search, share script and translate
3. COMPREHENSIVE ADMIN
:: All that is shown on the front end home page, member's profile, photo, videos, etc.
:: There are 11 sections, for example, Manage Membership, Manage Payments, etc.
4. ROUNDCUBE INBOX SETUP
:: Make the roundcube install currently in membership functional so that when modules send email to member it is directed to right tab.
:: Block all external emails. Emails within the site community ONLY admin and members.
5. FFMPEG and RED5 is already installed on the Linux server.
:: Provider to pass member videos to ffmpeg for encoding and place back in member directory. :: Coordinate with streaming provider working site as to needed setup.
6. SCRIPT INSTALL
Setup interface in Admin to make necessary updates.
:: Complete the configuration of purchased music and video player components.
:: Install and configure purchased currency converter script.
7. MAGENTO INTERFACE
:: Membership interfaces with the Magento Module for My Account, Gift Certificate, Reward points award and redemption, and other magento customer records.
8. TRANSLATE GOOGLE API
It is currently install but shows errors for each language.
:: To translate all words on each web page.
:: Since translate in on the centralized header, it should translate the other modules pages as it translates in membership.

5) is everything supported when you signup for Amazon EC2 or you get a blank box and need to install and configure everything first.

I have a flash app. I'm willing to pay $125-200 for this work. I need it done in 20 days or less. I usually pick some quickly. So respond to emails today.
Some changes need to be made to it.
Later you will need to implement it into the oscommerce site I have. You will get some help with my programmer doing this. Basically the person on the oscommerce end clicks on design lab after selecting their type of product (this is all on the oscommerce side and not related to you), but you will have to call up what type of product they select. Whether it be a mug, shirt, jacket etc.
After a design has been made you will need it to be saved in a database and moved back over to the cart area on the oscommerce side of the site. This will be done by you but my programmer will help you out.
Remember since you are saving items and pics you will need create a database to save them in or use the existing one for the main site.

Now that beginning part where you see you have 4 itemas to choose from shirt, mug, etc wont' be there. It's just for testing purposes.
Here are the OTHER changes I need done:
1. Be able to change and do work on the back of the shirt or product
2. Changes to the front side should be saved automatically if the person wants to move to the backside of the shirt and start making design changes there.
3. Fix Remove. It shoudl remove all items 1 by 1. So say they put in 10 designs on the front side of the shirt. Clicking remove once will remove the last item placed on the shirt. Clicking it again will remove the item placed before that. Just like undo in microsoft word.
4. Undo All should remove eveything
5. Bold, Italic, and Outlined need to work right
6. Fix the bugs in the rotate function.
7. Fix the issue that happens when you press Add/Edit text then click back on Add/Edit Graphic. It lowers the color box and is pushed up for some reason.
8. Knockout white This option will take out all instances of white in the picture and make them clear. So for example if you have a yellow smiley face you want to put on a blue tshirt. say that yellow smiley face has a white mouth and white eyes. The knockout function will remove that white in the image so it's basically clearly and you see through to the shirt behind the yellow image. So again it's like a yellow smiley face on a blue shirt, but the eyes and mouth will be blue as they are clear and the blue is the blue color of the shirts. 9. The image and text need to be able to skewed and almost rounded for objects like mugs
10 . SAVE/LOAD your design Visitor should be able to save their design for later
and be able to pull it back up and apply it to another product. Allow them to stay there for 14 days.
11. You should be able to save the image in many formats, such a jpg, png, pdf, etc.
12 . Add design to cart Clicking this should send the artwork, and the visitor, to the
cart for checkout. The art should come to us as the Art Board not the preview.
13. Add in dummy images (front and back) of each product for testing purposes.
14. Some text needs to be move up and centered a little.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
These are all the changes I can think of that need to be made. There may be some small changes that also need to be made and the client may want some other changes made to the app when he reviews it. These likely also will be very small. By accepting the project you agree to do these changes.
